Riverflats  Bed and Breakfast offers a country style experience with fully self-contained accommodation.

Riverflats B&B is in the Waimakariri District to the North of Christchurch City set within a five acre ( 2 hectare )
"lifestyle" farmlet environment, 25 minutes from the Airport and City Centre, as well as 10 minutes from the 
smaller towns of Rangiora and Kaiapoi.

The main house is set on one acre of tree filled garden and lawns with the rest of the property devoted 
to farming cattle for our own  beef supply. A swimming pool, shaded outdoor decks and 
Bar-B-Que facilities are included. 

Set in rural heartland, we are surrounded by farming activities,that include ; game birds, deer, horse studs,
dairy cows, cropping, vegetables, orchards and just minutes away from all that the city of Christchurch
has to offer. 

For a relaxing short or long stay retreat away from the noise and bustle of the city then our private , 
self-contained , home-style accommodation is a good choice. 

We are 10 minutes from the Waimakariri jet-boat ramp and within 30 minutes from most Christchurch's 
Horse Event centres with plenty of parking space as well as paddocks, shelter and feed
available for horses.
